And tell us a bit about, so my understanding is the vaccinations initially were targeted for this population, right? Can you tell us why originally and what's happening now and what is the vaccine and who can access it and that sort of thing? So

it's a third generation smallpox vaccine, Janios, right? So it wasn't designed against mpox.

It was designed against smallpox.

It was – interestingly, I didn't know any of this until I was part of this whole process, but – Janius is a third generation vaccine for smallpox.

It's a live attenuated vaccine.

So it means it is actually a variation on the virus itself that's been genetically neutered so it can't replicate.

So you can give it to people who are immunosuppressed.

Yeah.

So that's the first thing.

The first thing is ask the right questions.

And then if you do suspect it, so if they're in that cohort, the MSM sexually active in the last three weeks, so the sort of classic thing was if they've had a fever or rash and had sex in the last three weeks, think about mpox.

And now you've got to think a little bit broader, so you don't just think MSM, although that is definitely by far and away the highest risk.

Then some bisexual men or women who have partners who are bisexual or men who are very sexually active and might attend sex parties or sex on premises sites or beats, they're all higher risk.

And so you ask all those sort of questions to assess that risk first.

So the question is, who should be offered the mpox vaccination, and what should GPs know about the eligibility, timing, and accessing of these vaccines?
