Wait.
30:54
You're honestly like you're a week away, like you're 45 minutes a day or 30 minutes a day of AI.
31:01
And in the next month or so, you'll be at that level where you're setting up your own AI agents to do things.
31:05
So anytime I have the AI agent, quote unquote, quotations that is doing my daily brief, that's my own personalized AI agent.
31:11
I can ask it to do other things.
31:13
Another example is I could ask it to go on the MLS every single morning.
31:16
Claude has a web browser search.
34:41
So what's the one thing that you built for real estate agents that they're using most frequently?
13:22
That's an enormous hurdle to get over in the UK.
13:24
Yeah, no, it absolutely is.
13:26
And I think the short answer is, you know, if you had asked me this question five years ago, I'd have a much longer answer.
13:32
My answer this time around is we're the largest estate agency brand in the country, in the UK.
13:37
We've got over a thousand agents who are absolutely doing some incredible things.
13:40
And I think I saw a stat yesterday at the UK conference that We've now grown to 2% of all sales, but our market share has increased over the last year in the self-employment space as eXp.
13:53
And the top nine brands who are in the employed space, their market share has actually gone down quite a bit.

49:27
that but you're learning right
5:03
So what were the biggest inflection points in that journey?
5:07
That's a big one.
5:08
In Miami, it's a very international market.
5:10
And I came up in the new development space.
5:12
And so I got the experience really early on of traveling to some parts of mostly Latin America, sometimes Canada and a little bit of Europe to present our projects.
5:21
And I got an early understanding of how real estate functioned in a lot of these international markets, whether it's lack of MLSs, lack of real estate licensing, as well as just like 60 to 75% of all of my buyers in the new development space here were always international buyers.
5:35
Obviously, for me, I'm Hispanic.
9:59
So what problem is Liv designed to solve? And how does it change the way real estate agents collaborate globally?
10:05
So talk through that journey for you and the people you're teaching.
10:10
Yeah, that's a great question.
10:11
And I think there's multiple avenues for use cases of AI.
10:17
Like you said, there's some things that are just one-off tools that might help you for one very specific use case in your business.
10:23
And those are fantastic.
10:24
And honestly, they're a really good entry-level sort of stepping stone into getting into AI.
10:32
And then I think second, route two is, excuse me, using it as an operator and helping it actually scale your business and leveraging AI that scales with you, which is really fancy for just, you have a system that as your business grows, it stays the same.
