It's something you love doing, something you care about.

And when you do that, you would do it well.

And when you do something well, I guarantee you one thing will lead to another because there will be a place, there will be a path.

And therefore, don't worry about the title or the position or the money because I genuinely believe that when you focus on something that you care about and you do it well, you the position and the money will come after that because this is just natural phenomenon in life.

That's the cycle.

Because if you focus on the, or to me anyway, if you focus in the different order, sometimes it doesn't allow us to also fully explore who we are and what we are actually good at.

So I might ask you as your first question, how has the role of the PSA evolved during your four terms, and what was the focus now that you remain on the board?

Well, Carlyn, I, at first can I just say that I think you're too overly generous with your words, so I'm really grateful for that.

But, um, I just want to really start by saying that, you know, everything that PSA has been able to achieve over the past four years, um, have been the product of great teamwork.

So just wanted to really, you know, say that I'm absolutely grateful to be working with such a great team, and I, I absolutely would not take the credit for, you know, all of those amazing things that PSA has been able to achieve because I can tell you that PSA is, um, like a well-oiled engine, um, in a way.

Um, and I would say that, you know, the, the amazing thing about PSA is everybody working together.

So I do want to thank, um, everyone, whether it's, you know, our volunteer elected officials or our staff, um, and, and I just want to say thank you to all of them.

Um, so about your first question, Carlyn, I think, you know, I'm, I mentioned at the start of this, uh, transition to our new president, Professor Mark Morton, that I absolutely genuinely feel quite confident handing the baton over to Mark.
