Yeah
18:34
... continue as you, as, as it is, and, you know- And it will still work, and this is so important, right? Well, for the most part.
18:44
Like, sometimes the...
18:46
If the adaptation is, you know, very extreme, then you feel the need and you, you feel like, "Okay, I...
18:53
There's something seriously wrong." I'm not talking about that.
18:56
I'm talking about, you know, you know, the pe- the people that are using their trauma adaptation, and yes, it is...
19:03
It is no negative or positive thing around it.

Um, for the listener who is feeling inspired by everything that you've shared today, but maybe also a little bit overwhelmed, like, "Oh, if I want to move into being the CEO of my life, where would I even start?" What word of encouragement do you have to that person?
5:10
What are some other common patterns or pitfalls that you have observed in the clients that you work with, Faria, in terms of those same types of patterns, whether it is a specific example resistance that you've seen or just other types of behaviors like that?
5:28
I will tell you this, right? My kind of work has been focused a lot specifically on high achievers, founders, entrepreneurs.
5:36
These are the types of people that they don't really present as, you know, having a you know, symptoms.
5:44
They don't just, you know, freeze and scroll.
5:46
I mean, you might, but you know, that's not typical.
5:48
That might not be the main problem, right? So they usually, some of the symptoms usually come up in what I call functional freeze.
5:58
It means that you look like you're very productive, in fact, because a lot of the women that I work with, they don't have a problem with productivity.
10:50
How do you work with somebody who has that perspective?
17:23
You know, I never thought about it, but yeah, it's wild.
17:26
It's crazy because there isn't a time.
17:28
I've seen this so many times with thousands of people, including myself, over all these years.
17:36
Every time this happens, it still shocks me.
17:40
Every time when somebody does unblock all their inner stuff and then put their inner world... transform, I guess, their programming, and then they see the result in the outside world, I get shocked.
17:53
I'm like, oh my God, I knew that this was going to happen, but there's still an element of... surprised there you know what i mean but i will tell you this about um i will tell you this about kind of um i guess you know because i know that there's a lot of um things that are being said about money and of course you hearing money's energy or neutral or whatever it's not the first time you're hearing that or hearing that you need to learn how to receive, again, that's not the first time you're hearing it.
18:27
But I will tell you what, all the advice that I have heard and seen around our relationship with money puts it, you know, try to give us a very on the surface solution, right? Say, okay, you know, manifest it this way, journal, or like, you know, have a different dialogue with yourself or with money.
22:39
Yeah.
1:36
You are an amazing, incredible human.
1:38
Thank you.
1:39
Thank you.
1:40
So I am, I'm a clinical psychologist and I help entrepreneurs, leaders, and founders work with their invisible barriers that they are not necessarily able to get rid of by traditional business coaching or, you know, mindset, you know, hacks, or even, you know, all this motivational space that, you know, or the conversations that we're having.
2:05
So I help them not just to increase their capacity when it comes to financial capacity, leadership capacity, but I also help them move away from survival success to a success that's more sustainable and it is more aligned with who they are, as well as keeping their edge and keeping that high achiever energy.
2:30
Because a lot of people think that okay, once you actually go through this process and you look at all these invisible barriers, then you're just going to be not as ambitious.
2:40
And I'm like, that is completely wrong.
5:49
to not unraveling or cleaning up this trauma and i will tell you that i work with also work with a lot of people who have invisible ceilings or that they get capped and i feel like i've kept my revenue at certain points of my life and we don't even know why and you know if we're operating out of fight or flight or as you said like a trauma response we're sometimes unaware of it and I want to kind of break down what, first and foremost, I would love to know, what have you seen in your clients? Like what are some of those invisible barriers and how do they show up?
