How can you tell which one you're in and when you make that call to make something change versus pushing through?

Fallon JayGUEST
So sometimes it can feel really difficult to identify where you're at in the process, which I will lead with.

Fallon JayGUEST
having a mentor a guide somebody outside of you that isn't in it feeling it with you is very key but for what i see with women is we do tend to overdo and so i'm going to actually piggyback off of taylor because this is kind of what i was going to lean into anyways in the sense that oftentimes the thing that you don't want to do that you think is going to be hard that is putting the pressure on you is the very thing that you need to do so we know our brain is meant to keep us safe We don't feel our brain, right? Like I'm not, you can't feel your brain right now, but you can feel your body.

Fallon JayGUEST
You can feel where the subconscious brain is connected to your nervous system and telling you the way that you're identifying something, the way that you're making something mean.

Does that help? I'm going to ask a question I think maybe people listening to this are wondering, but what do you actually say when you say you're talking to your water, you're talking to your food, you're talking to maybe the bills you pay or the decisions you make? What are you saying in that moment if you don't mind sharing?
