You know, the reality is entrepreneurship, at the level of which you're playing, like, is, it's not always as sexy and amazing at all times, right? With good always comes bad, um, not just from, you know, whether it's a lawsuit or whether it's, um, you know, one of your clients, you know, wanting to charge back a service that you've already rendered for them, where things can be handled differently or, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, you have a, a client or someone or, or something fails on the business side.

When you're at the highest level as a CEO, what comes to your table is after your ELT or whoever else be- below you has not been able to put the fire out, right? So the biggest problems that could not be extinguished by someone else in your team has, have now come to you.

So you guys, typically, as a CEO, you're dealing with the largest problem.

And so, you know, constantly you're putting out fires, right? And so I know that also takes a toll, right? And not just from a business standpoint, but also managing people is not easy.

When you have 3, 400 employees, like, it is not easy, right? And you know, Sunara, as, as anything else, like, you are, um, you are the woman of the people.

And so you try to do right, even if it means, you know, um, it may not be the popular decision, but you try to do right by your people.
