What does that mean?
10:13
So neurodevelopmental disorder is like a big umbrella.
10:16
A neuro means brain, developmental means you grow with it.
10:19
You can't have these disorders later in life.
10:21
You have to be born with it, right? So under that umbrella, there's a lot of diagnosis which comes under the diagnosis, which fit those two criteria.
10:28
So for example, anxiety is not a neurodevelopmental disorder.
10:31
You can have anxiety at the age of 25. but something you're born with and something to do with the brain.

So I think it's wonderful for parents to sort of have an idea of the questions that they might ask of their physician, that they might want to look at other things rather than just one diagnosis, that they're thinking about the learning aspects, the developmental aspects, the mood, the learning and so on, that they can ask kind of more questions questions about the doctor to help kind of sort these things out and get the resources they need.
