did, but that is, in my opinion, a completely different industry, which is also like when I was... like a teenager to like mid twenties, I did some like street casting stuff back when there was an industry where there was like a lot of money moving through that industry.

Now that industry doesn't exist or like it's barely as a shell of itself.

And you still have this rarefied fashion world.

And then you have like this enormous, um, like content creators here because a lot of brands, like why would they pay like what used to be called like a commercial shoot an ad and put it in a magazine or on a TV commercial, this ecosystem that no longer exists, like they can just send it to a TikTok creator.

So as far as I know, almost every model is either like some kind of YouTuber content creator at this point, unless, yeah, they still belong to this like small sphere of high fashion but it's so small the money is like not there or like the money that those girls make is like 10 of what they used to make back so you have like these two different worlds and this is my personal opinion like nobody sets out wanting to be a model unless you have like a mental illness when i was 18 i was like This is something that people are making money on.

Like, girls are making money, and it's way more money than working at Starbucks or Barnes & Noble.
