Why do you think jewellery is just such a pain for this type of work?

Yeah, I guess there's so many moving paths.

Like, you know, any particular piece of jewellery can have, you know, 10 different suppliers, you know, needing to put input into it.

And I think quoting in general, I mean, it could be any industry really.

Like, quoting has always been a massive pain point in businesses, like knowing if they're doing it right or if they're, you know, underquoting, overquoting.

And it is always a second thought in, well, especially in my mind too, is like, okay, well, am I quoting accurately enough or am I missing something? Could I be leaving money on the table for not adding certain things in? So that was a thought when I was building out BenchFlow for the quoting part of it is to make sure nothing was missed, no money was left on the table.

So when you're quoting like a live screen that pops up and it It shows you, you know, you can set your gross profit margins.

So how do you, what would you say to jewelers who are a little bit resistant as to even trialling something new?
