So the first one where you say you have two people that crash, clash, I would say, um, that's, that's an interesting one because that's probably one that you'd see as a manager from the outside, and you kind of like, you know, see the situation happening, not necessarily hear about it, but you see it yourself.

But just bring it into like a private space and make sure that you take note of it at the time, but you bring it with like the people one-on-one, and that you talk through it with each person individually, not taking sides, making sure that you stay neutral and curious possibly, um, but not judging really, making sure that you're not taking any side.
