And that is that we sort of embarked consciously on a program to really try and ensure that we staffed our company with local people right from way back.

When I first came here, local kids could only look over the fence at the new airport and wonder how they could ever become involved.

And so we got involved in initially training pilots, and then it's extended out to other aspects of the airline since then.

So in fact, all of our pilots are from here.
