And, you know, I want to ask as well, like, do you have a way of checking in to see if someone's mind has wandered or if they're understanding like what you're trying to provide to them in terms of communication? Or, you know, do you pause to like check in and ask, you know, is everything I'm saying making sense? Like, how do you detect whether or not you might need to stop and change tactics, for instance?

Good question.

And it really will depend if we're communicating face-to-face, if we're communicating over Zoom, Google's Teams, and if the camera is on or not.
