I suppose this is a 118 acre site.

It's in a very strategic location on the edge of the city and in the county council area as well.

And we really should be examining whether we can future proof this for the development of not only Galway, but the Western region in general, because This, as I say, is something that has been discussed for a long time.

Even before I joined the council in 2020, this was being discussed.

But is there a contradiction there that you need to have the information to make a decision, but you're not getting it due to quote unquote commercial sensitivity?
