A year ago, I sat back down with Jack Dorsey, who has long since, of course, left Twitter and stepped down.

And the two of us said, how can we fix the mistakes of the past? And the mistake central to it was that social media wasn't an internet protocol.

It wasn't open source.

It wasn't permissionless that there was a company there and the corporations controlled it and they drove it for the wrong incentives.

They wouldn't let creators put links and things.

And so you hoovered all this stuff up, and suddenly you had a Vine clone of some sort that was sort of like Vine with all the old content?
