Is that kind of what that is?
6:44
Yeah.
6:44
So when they're fracking this horizontal directional drilling and they have frack outs or what are sometimes called inadvertent returns, which is a nice euphemism.
6:52
Um, they've got a bunch of this stuff under pressure.
6:55
It's like bentonite clay and some additives and water.
6:59
And it's to help the drill path continue as it's supposed to along its path.
7:04
But you got a lot of stuff under pressure and, you know, stuff under pressure finds a way out and it'll shoot out where it's not supposed to go.
10:48
And it's just this sort of, you know, an environment doesn't get protected and the permits are basically meaningless.
9:27
Do you think when the DNR issued these permits, they fully considered these risks? You know, thought about, okay, you know, is there going to be a million gallons of liquid natural gas and other toxic chemicals spilled? And are we willing to put that risk on northern Wisconsinites?
9:51
Yeah, I mean, DNR obviously, DNR and its staff knew that a spill could happen and that that was something that needed to be looked at.
9:59
We've disputed, again, for years, the adequacy of that consideration because from where we stand, what basically happened was they knew this was a potential issue.
10:11
I mean, we're talking about an oil and gas pipeline, so leaking a spill is a real thing you have to contemplate.
10:18
And the department tried to do some assessments.
10:21
to figure out what the risk and severity of a spill would be.
10:24
But at the end of the day, what it says in the permit is basically just the risk of a spill is what Emerge's paid consultant said it was.

So what I've encountered a couple of lists, I guess, of inbridge issues in Wisconsin, what do we know about how the company operates here?
