And Evan, what about you? Why did you wanna join this?

Yeah.

I was always interested in leadership, and I feel like a really integral part of, like, any leadership or community is being able to recognize and making people feel seen.

And so I joined after I was awarded or nominated for a Youth Achievement Award, which is awards we give out to youth in our c- in our county to recognize them from categories from, like, education to leadership to environmental stewardship, family life.

And I got nominated for leadership, and I just felt really seen after doing that, and I felt like the stuff I was working towards actually mattered, and I really wanted to give that opportunity to other youth and do some more outreach work.

Or, or maybe I'm just think- thinking about [laughs] what things are like a long time ago when I was your age.

Yeah.

So I think it really depends on the person.
