you should have imposter syndrome there because this is hard and knowing it actually allows you to own it and be more self-reflective and not take it for granted you still need to anchor it in a level of confidence that you wouldn't have the job unless you had the skill set to do it you can still have that and still feel like how the heck did I end up here and why is everyone looking at me for the answers and one thing that's reinforced it is I'm lucky I'll get to work with a number of awesome CEOs in my career and All the ones I've been to have a conversation with, all have it too, in different forms and different levels of visibility.
