But in fact, that skill set could be very valuable in a place where that hasn't existed before.

Extremely.

And, you know, it's interesting because when I do a lot of presentations for law firms, from junior associates to summer associates to partners, and fear of failure, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism are rampant.

And they really all have fear underneath them.

So I was saying to somebody the other day, a very senior person mentioned imposter syndrome, who, you know, if we all heard her name, we'd be like, oh my gosh, I think the world of that person.

And she mentioned that she still suffers from it.

And the way I think about imposter syndrome is usually it's just something you haven't done yet, right? So when I, I suffer from other things.

The first is, an incredible professional is listening, very highly capable and might be someone who has difficulty recognizing when they are ready to take that next opportunity maybe there's fear maybe there's change what is one thing that they can do to learn to trust their judgment and give themselves permission to take that step that might feel fearful
