I mean, I don't know if we have those indi- indicators yet, um, at this point to be able to make those predictions to adjust our nomograms for PRK and such, uh, on these eyes.

You know, I, I figure always, always safe to wait as long as possible if someone's going to be lo- you know, really... proving stability before doing any kind of, um, visual correc- vision correction for my patients.

Eva KimGUEST
You know, I give them this light at the end of the tunnel, like there is something we could potentially do besides glasses and contacts, but I'm really going to see, want to see at least a year, if not more, of stability.

Eva KimGUEST
I'm not like, "Let's wait three to six months." I mean, no way, um, do I feel comfortable with that, even with lens-based.

Eva KimGUEST
Although, I have to say, um, you know, if we kind of move into the higher my- myope category where ICL is possible, I do just love the reversibility aspect, right? So if we cross-link and we're lucky enough to have an amazing result where the patient is spectacle-free, um, let's say, um, and having better vision than we expected, um, even with a, an irregular astigmatism, um, if over time flattening occurs that is, you know, more than we expected, if, if, you know, refractively the patient goes off target, um, I, I think that's wonderful that we could then, you know, replace the ICL if that's appropriate, or if the patient is older, you know, move into refractive lens exchange, um, po- you know, possibilities, uh, which we can speak about, um, in a little bit.
