But how does someone take when they're in the position of they're struggling to figure out what their actual natural strengths and talents are within their own business? How can they slow themselves down or what do they do need to do in order to be able to do an assessment of that appropriately?

Yeah, so one of the first exercises I always, always, always bring people through is an awareness exercise.

So it gets pretty deep of a rabbit hole, but if we don't do this first, it's the thing that will block us from getting that clarity.

So think about it this way.

Imagine you're hungry tigers in front of you, ready to eat you.

and shows up in the room, are you gonna look anywhere else except where that tiger is in the room? So what happens when we're under stress, which a lot of us entrepreneurs are, because we're figuring a lot of stuff out, there's a lot of stressful high stakes situations, your brain actually goes into tunnel vision.

It literally goes into tunnel vision.

So now that you're in that survival brain and you are stressed out for whatever reason, what does that actually have from and how does it hide your like innate talents or your the best kind of qualities, your strengths as an entrepreneur? How does that actually what does it have correlation to that?

Unfortunately, they just expected a beep and they just were waiting.

Despite the targets turning and facing them, they just stood there.

They looked back, actually, looking at me for a beep.

And unfortunately, the stage had begun for them.

And they had six seconds to make their best run at the targets.

I would say just with my limited experience as a RO, just supporting your match director in whatever capacity you can.

these days, the, the pressures on them, the changes in society that have added to those pressures.

And, um, it was really born out of a recognition that the support and the direction and the encouragement that is giving to young teachers or given to young teachers these days, we think is, is inadequate in trying to do something positive in that space.

In my role as, you know, in Pareed, I've seen this phenomenon firsthand, and I've witnessed a lot of, you know, other institutions trying to address this problem.

But I've seen that in most cases they've fallen short, and most teachers will tell you that those efforts have fallen short because those challenges haven't subsided for them.
