Um, so Esmond, why don't you start with, you know, as you think about infrastructure, uh, what does it mean to you, um, as the vice president of construction for Cape Fear Habitat? And how does it play a part in making sure that we're able to build affordable housing for the community?

Um, yeah.

So, you know, most of the time when we talk about, we hear the word infrastructure, you know, we're thinking water, sewer, roads, storm drain, things like that.

Um, all the things it takes to turn that raw land into being able to develop a land, to be able to put housing units on it.

Um, when we get in places that already have infrastructure in place, um, city of Wilmington, some places in New Hanover County, town of Burgaw, um, it makes it easier on, on us a- as, as a nonprofit building affordable homes because it's already in place.

We can go in, we can start putting units in.

Mm-hmm.

Or, you know, and it, it's just we've got to address all that.
