You know, I had a relatively small role in the overall response to the Key Bridge collapse.

I was the ops section chief really for only a few days.

And then, you know, hundreds of responders came in afterwards and they did the really hard work, honestly, for 11 weeks.

So I got to be there for what is the most, I guess you could say, exciting part of it, where it's absolute chaos and we're just trying to figure out where to go.

And the people that came in afterwards had the really, really challenging task of actually removing the bridge and I mean, the amount of smart people in the room to figure out that engineering problem is just amazing.

So, you know, a lot of people came in.

What were you doing to help take care of some of your people that are working these?

So Reverend Jack, it's kind of beautiful, actually, something I did want to call out.

In the first, honestly, I think the first two or three chapters even, you don't actually know what gender Reverend Jack is until they start to kind of slowly drop cues because a lot of the townspeople are expecting a man.

So they're like, who are you? And like, oh, I'm Reverend Jack.

They're like, oh, you're Reverend.

So they didn't realize that it's actually a woman because this is not, you know, Catholicism.

Maybe not just Japanese ones right now, but...
