But if we start seeing this result into mounting job losses, you know, what does he need to do to kind of stabilize his support?

Yeah, I think this is a huge risk for the prime minister.

I think that Canadians want him to be successful.

We need him to be successful.

We are all Team Canada right now.

I mean, let's at some point get into the cracks we're seeing on Team Canada in terms of the position different premiers are taking.

But Canadians in general are lining up behind the prime minister regardless of political stripe.

Or do you have to be a bit more nuanced?

I see it as a hey, look at me, Doug sign, Aaron.

Yeah, I see it as a fig leaf and that's the problem for me because Ontario companies, Hydro One, Metrolinx, Go Transit, the LCBO, Infrastructure Ontario and the 511 Provincial Highway Information Maps all of them started displaying a Lake America map.

And that is because Doug Ford has been contracting out these services through American companies.

So I would much prefer that our money stays in Ontario, that our contracts stay in Ontario to a sign.

I don't really have a problem with the sign, if I'm being honest.

Sure, have a sign.

I wouldn't mind getting one of those Lake Ontario hoodies myself.

I was a little shocked.

So do it now, but what's your take on this?

Yeah, absolutely.

I think these changes should happen in Canada.

And I also think that this is going to come to a combination of appropriate enforcement and things that the company chooses to implement.

The federal ban on children and younger teens using social media is is likely to take a long time to have an effect, to create a cultural change.

It's not something that you can just say, well, starting Monday, we're kicking the kids off social media.

And so when you have things we can do instead, like changing the algorithms, making it timeline-based, that actually stands a fighting chance of pushing the culture of social media to eventually see our kids get off of it.

But Aaron, I want your take in the blue.

Can you give any real life examples? Of course.

So, and this is something I see in all the parents that I work with, but basically think about, I'll pose the question to you first.

Think about the story you heard your family tell about you over and over again.

There are certain stories in our lives we hear, whether it's an experience, something funny that happened, or the kind of child you were, you hear that over and over and over again.

For me, the story I heard was She's such a good kid.

She's no trouble.

Yes.

Why do you think she jumped?

Lori said that it is a question of who to betray.

She was betraying the NDP.

She was betraying her constituents.

Which does she choose? Uh, I, I think that's a false choice because be- having been promised nothing by the prime minister by her own account, we don't know that Nunavut will get something better when there's nobody fighting against the government, when there's nobody saying, "That's not good enough." Uh, Lori Idlout is now going to stand next to the prime minister and say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you," if he gives anything to Nunavut.
