But I like to say I'm a bit of a good news gal.

So my PR, my version of PR is more of the stories you do want people to hear about, not the ones you want, you're trying to keep out of the media.

But PR is essentially the way that you show up in public forums.

So it's-- PR stands for public relations, and the PR that I specialize in is essentially about earned media, and by that we mean getting coverage in the media or getting featured on podcasts, but those opportunities aren't advertising.

They're not paid for.
