I would say I was mid to higher price in Denver, but when I moved here to Idaho, people were like, "No one is going to pay your prices." And this was, again, 10, 11 years ago.

Um, and I think for, like, the first month I believed them, and then I was like, "You know what? No." And I worked really, really hard on my mindset, and if I can impart any wisdom to anyone, it would be, like, that is the most important skill.

I had to, you know, I didn't wake up one day and have this, uh, abundance mindset or anything like that.
