Um, I know that kind of the theme of the, the weekend is building successful programs, and I think that's awesome, and there's so many different perspectives that we can get from players and coaches.

Um, kinda the, the way I wanna go today is actually, I think you guys are getting a lot of pers- perspectives from coaches and what you guys expect from players or from staff members.

I'm actually gonna come at it from the opposite direction.

So I, I wanna talk about what players are expecting from coaches, and what we believe or what I believe, you know, throughout my career, um, coaches should be doing for players to help build that successful program.

So I've kind of j- um, put down some bullet points here.

Um, just wanted to ask, um, not including your current coaches, like, today, what coach or coaches have had the most impact on you, and why, in the past? I, I'm curious to know that.

... where would you sort of put, uh, the, the perception of, of collegiate men's volleyball at the moment?

Well, I think volleyball in general is, is going up in popularity.

We see it really big with the women's game right now.

But men's is popping off, and I love to see that.

I think a lot of us have understood that men's is a great game, so fun to watch.

But I think the presence of social media and, um, you know, videographers out there, creators out there, are putting the, the sport on social media, and I think that's the biggest thing that we can do to, you know, increase the popularity.

And we've seen people, you know, I- I'm gonna shout out, you know, Holly Wong, who does a great job, Josh Nicoba, who's from Hawaii here, who does a lot of videography for the sport.

Um, what, what do you, what is your sort of perception of the evolution of that position in American volleyball and, and, uh, volleyball abroad?
