So I think I like to always point out the fact that whatever solution to Maine's housing shortage is, whatever solution there is for that is going to involve a lot more than main housing.

On the other hand, you also know that when you increase the supply of housing at all levels, even if you're increasing stuff that's not necessarily affordable housing like we make, it's not necessarily subsidized, it still has an effect of adding units and helping to keep the conveyor belt moving.
