I mean, you've been planning for it, but h-how have those conversations kinda shaped with senior leadership, both on the Army and on the Air side?

Well, the Air is, was very receptive when we, when we got selected to have this position, um, and talked to them.

And even Mr. Volkmer and I had a, a conversation out in the hall.

He's like, "Hey, what, what do you guys use in the Army that defines what you do?" And I'm like, "Well, we have, we have regulation that says what, what your job and duty description." I think the Air Force is still, as you mentioned before, uh, building that plane while they fly, but they're trying to codify some of those things to have continuity across the force.

So if, uh, a warrant officer from California moves to Minnesota, he or she will expect the same kind of job or skill in the future.

When you look back, you know, what is the thing that you're like, "You know what? I'm extremely proud of this"? Maybe it's as the command chief, maybe it's your career, but what are those things, moments that, um, make you proud?

Boy, there's a lot.

But I, I would say current job, uh, legacy is growing the force, uh, getting them in the right places, uh, working with commanders on filling their formations 'cause we've grown the force substantially over the last three and a half years.
