Like, I have a ton of information.

I have permission from my client to share this information to help other people.

This guy is a grifter." And the lawyer was like, "Oh, it seems weird to me.

I was wondering about that.

Oh, well," and then just crickets.

Why were all these places so disinterested in scrutinizing this thing? Zale has a theory.

A second Canadian investigator

... to go to and call and email and find out what court exists in these two cities in Canada.

One was a small, I don't even think it was an actual town, I think it's like a community in the Maritimes, and then one was in a small oil town a couple hours north of Edmonton, basically at the ends of the Earth.

One, the defendant.

The case that he's talking about was actually Adam's brother-in-law, and he was charged with these really horrific crimes, and Adam Mosher came to me, the prosecutor, and said, "We also think that my brother-in-law was using child pornography, and here's the proof.

Here's this CyberCheck report that shows that Adam's brother-in-law was accessing child pornography."

Not because of what it alleged, but because it was the only thing they sent.

The CyberCheck report was the sole piece of evidence in my case.

There was nothing on the devices.

There was no nexus or connection.

There was nothing.

All they had was CyberCheck saying, "Here these images are, and we got them from him." And when I saw that, I was like, "This doesn't make any sense to me." I probably would have used some profanity.

But my initial gut check was that this is something that is not true.
