What are some of the things that you can do, that you can actually do, whether it be legislation, whether it be procedurally, to actually move some of these big projects that the residents have been clamoring for to actually make them happen?
36:06
realistically, one of the things is you're going to have to get in there, whoever's in there, you're going to have to get there and really look at what the current budget is and decide what we really need.
36:12
You need to determine what necessities are.
36:13
Necessities are, like I said before, your schools, your infrastructure, your roads, your electric, all that other different stuff.
36:19
Make sure that you're concentrating on what our folks need.
36:22
Then take it, basically, look at what's left over, and that's what you actually start putting some of these projects there or some of the other things.
36:27
I mean, we have a lot of serious issues.

shrinking.
2:10
Correct.
2:10
And the barrel of oil hasn't increased whatsoever.
2:12
So where are all these things coming from? It's ridiculous.
2:15
It's crazy for everybody.
2:16
And the fact is that there's people now that have to choose, do I fill up my tank or do I buy dinner for my kids? That's not a fair choice.
2:24
So that's why I said we need to look at it's as opposed to homes.
3:12
doing that? What's that? How do you propose, given that it is the board's job to give the budget over to the school system, how do you propose to actually hold them accountable?
