Conversion to MS and vitamin D supplementation, what do we know about that at the moment? What is the latest data shown?

Well, as you know, the new diagnostic criteria for MS have changed CIS into MS now for most of them.

So in the delay MS trial that we published last year, we showed that let's say, pulse therapy with supplementation of high-dose cholecalciferol.

That's 100,000 units every two weeks.

Reduced disease activity in patients with CIS.

But in fact, most of them had early MS according to the new diagnostic criteria.

So they were already MS people, but at the beginning, at the clinical start of the disease.

So it's going to be very difficult in the modern era to really tease this out, I think.
