And they're like, well... um if you're paying somebody in the states 25 an hour and us you're only paying us this much why can't we get the 25 an hour um if we're doing you know the same type of work and we're both working from home and working um remotely so what's your insight on that

You know, I could comment specifically on that in America.

And the way I usually look at that is just because you live in a specific area, but you could do the job for somewhere else.

To me, at least, the salaries don't always transition.

And I'll give you a very good example on the domestic side.

If you're living in Iowa, you're probably going to make a different salary as compared to living in San Francisco.

Not because the work is different, but because of what it costs to live and just to breathe oxygen.

So what do you think is your like biggest lesson in terms of running a business?

What's the story? And let's dive into what the best ways to businesses take advantage of that.

Yeah, 100%.

So my first company, it was a services company working within the educational market.

And I kind of bring this up because this is kind of where I cut my teeth.

And at the time, I probably had 60, 70 people on my team.

I started to see over and over again, you know, the professionals across Columbia and Latin America.

Just mind-blowing.

So talk about the top... couple ai hires but before you do that you know making sure that everyone who's listening most of our people who are listening they you know they've done very well and they maybe have scaled already to a million in revenue or at least a million of networks right and looking to to scale it even higher so so maybe just briefly touch on what are the some of the key hires you always want to make sure you have and then let's dive into like the ai hires like what who would you bring on and what would they do what would the job description be kind of walk us through that

No, it was terrible.

Yeah, it was horrible.

I studied finance.

And so, I mean, like I was, it was impossible.

And so I chose to do some traveling around.

So I did a good part of that in America.

And I remember in LA, I came through Bogota.

How have you kind of seen the evolution? What's your balance or your harmony line with, like, this is where AI is involved, this is where the human is involved? What's kind of been your guys' approaches on that?

I never thought of being an entrepreneur until then.

Exactly.

So I, I got the axe, spent one day feeling sorry for myself, and so first step, next day, I was up at 5:00 AM, and I just got to work.

You know, I think that's one of the biggest things with entrepreneurship.

You just gotta do it.

Um, so get up and do the actions, and then things start to come from there.

But very quickly, I mean, I just pretty much...
