Bringing together a team that knows their roles, that come together in harmony, which I saw our director do on The Outsiders, which is the reason I believe that we won the Tony Award in 2024, was having a team where everybody knew their part and how their part impacted other people.

I see the same thing with these kids that I get to work with now, which is I've got kids with natural athletic ability, I've got kids who played for years, I've got kids who have coming, uh, who are coming to the sport for the first time, and, uh, if I can help them coordinate as a team and get them aligned around a strategy, if I get everybody focused on the same thing and doing their individual part in that thing, then the result is, is so much better.

You had asked me at one point, Josh, how are we going to evolve our story, right? How does this translate? And I think that starts with believing that everyone has the right to have the type of transformative experiences.
E

that I did, that there is a vision we at Sitecore share of digital experiences so powerful they can connect the world.
E

And I think in order to do that, you need to be mission centric, mission focused.
E

You need to know not just who you are, a company who believes that, you need to know who you're for.
E
5:51Eric StineGUEST
Who do you stand for? And for us, our heroes, often the hidden heroes inside their companies are the marketers, the digital architects, the developers who need to simplify how they reach and engage and convert and serve an audience that has become fractured and fragmented by channel and disrupted and distracted.
E

How do I get a story that breaks through? How do I know my brand message is being realized in a world of zero click search? How do I find the person that I know is out there? The audience that I know exists in the social media algorithm on Instagram in the, uh, algorithmic and agentic thinking of a co-pilot.
