add? Certainty of capital, number one, that Anchor provides.

I think there's many players in the space right now where that's an issue, which absolutely doesn't apply here.

So knowing that the capital behind their project is consistent and available.

And then I really agree with what Pat said.

doing what you said you were going to do, which sounds so basic, but constant communication.

If something changes, advising the bar immediately and coming with solutions and not just the news and being really solution centric and based, I think is a very important thing to offer to your, your developer partners.
