Yeah, I think that's right, and I think we see that some in how the work gets, gets chunked up as well, right? I mean, the things that you just talked about typically are, and you typically see those then included in some kind of a managed services offering from a provider or something that's meant to take care of kind of the, the, the network, help with the networks, the devices, the cloud services, the security, the patches and things like that.

Eric SmithGUEST
I think the things that you're alluding to around that then are, [clears throat] you know, there's a lot, there's a lot more that's involved in the sustainment of, of one of these technologies, right? There's more than just the backend architecture.

Eric SmithGUEST
There's eventually some new functionality or something stops working or, you know, a patch or an upgrade makes functionality change or work different, differently.

Eric SmithGUEST
Um, there's a lot involved in that as well, and Julian, that's where the lines get very, very gray, right? 'Cause now if you're, if you need to update something, a piece of code changes or you need to make a change somewhere, uh, how that functions is probably gonna be a subject matter expert from, from the department that's impacted, maybe somebody outside that you have to work with as well that might have the, the, um, the knowledge and the specific functionality that you're trying to work with.

Eric SmithGUEST
Those, those other nuanced areas, you know, the ones you mentioned, Jonathan, are where IT departments are solid.
