Eric, is there anything on that from keeping the parents in the loop that you would add?
6:43
Yeah, I just think, I think there's, again, as a parent of two teenagers, it's learning your kids as well.
6:52
And this is something I've not mastered by any degree, but it's learning what kind of questions do my kids respond to? You know, like if they start to get the sense that you know, dad is going on, you know, Sherlock Holmes detective mode, they'll kind of shut down.
7:10
It's like, hey, now it's not opening me up enough to want to talk.
7:14
But if you can create space, if you can have a relationship to where, hey, these things are kind of casually coming up, it's not I'm not interrogating you.
7:21
or I'm not trying to catch you with something, I'm genuinely curious.
7:26
I think being a parent that can bring genuine curiosity to the questions with your kids, and again, if they have a trusted space knowing I can say something that they may not want to hear, but there's enough trust in their relationship that I can say it, man, that's golden.
8:31
It means building who you are, not just avoiding something to do.
