Not the grand opening you imagined, but the grand opening that, you know, the moment necessitated, right?

It's the moment.

Exactly.

You know, and the wonderful part about it was, is that, again, I seem to be so lucky to find these teams that... drink the Kool-Aid, that listen to me, that follow the vision, that sometimes lean into my madness.

And I said, let's just do this.

You know, it's not the restaurant we were hoping for, but let's open up this, you know, coastal seafood, you know, tin trays, you know, fried food sort of stuff.

And it worked and people loved it.

And so how dramatically did that impact your restaurants?
