And is the job of the Labor Commission to hear complaints and resolve complaints? Or what exactly is the job?

We have multiple jobs.

We have five different divisions that all do different things.

The one that people know about the most or hear about the most is what I talked about a moment ago.

Utah Occupational Safety and Health, UOSH.

Some people call it Utah OSHA.

It's UOSH.

There are some things that are underway to improve safety or any sort of discrimination, any other sort of conditions?

Eric, how can employers tell us about the workplace safety grant offered by the Utah Labor Commission? And, you know, how can employers, you know, benefit from that? I'm the

grant administrator for the workplace safety grant.

And yeah, that it is something that when you're running a business and you're trying to, you know, be efficient, you've got to get your, your product out there, whatever it is you do or your make.

And then you have to make sure people are safe and you have to make sure that everything's going right with HR and all these things take money.

Well, wouldn't it be nice if you had a little bit of extra money from somewhere else to help with some of your safety initiatives? And that's what the Workplace Safety Grant can do for companies if they apply for that and they are able to secure one, they're chosen for one of these grants, then yeah, they can put that towards some of their safety initiatives, the money toward that.

They come up with, we especially like to see new initiatives, things that might be new and unique, and things that can be actually replicated with other companies if they would like to incorporate those as safety things, as safety programs within their companies.

Those are things that the committee's always really looking for.

the real impact, Eric, of these workplace safety grants, like what's the thing employers can do to tap into this half million dollars that I'm assuming you're getting from the federal government, How important are these grants for employers to potentially keep their workplaces safe?
