How much of that was key to you guys having all those turnovers last year? You know, just the mental preparation and the film study, putting yourself in the right position.

I mean, offenses, I mean, a lot of them do the same things.

They just dress it up a different way.

So understanding the coordinator that you're going against and what tree that they come from and the defense that you're playing and what your weakness is, I think that's what helps the defense play as fast as we did and create as many turnovers as we did.

Like, we understand that if we're away from three we're going to get in breakers away from that so it's like all right how do I anticipate and what defensive call am I in and technique to put me in the best position to play.

As we get into camp, what do you see as the guy playing next to Caleb Branson at this

point? Just his willingness to learn.

He hasn't played his first nap yet, but it was a funny play he had out there today.

rivals Mercedes-Benz.

It is insane of what they got going on.

But from a student athlete perspective, it is such a luxury to have.

And being at Buford, interacting with student athletes over there on the baseball team, football team, basketball team, there's a lot of great talent over there.

And I was a part of the baseball program over there.

And I have two younger brothers that were also very heavily involved in the athletic segment of it as well.

Even though myself, I didn't go to the next level and play collegiate sports.

So talk about that piece of it.

So how do you carve a process like that, like a countable, to a first piece that's small enough to shit, but still big enough to matter?

Yeah.

So every time we're going to take time to make a proper mapping of the process, it goes with what I said earlier is the process needs to be like clear to everyone what's happening.

This is first step, this is next step and so on.

So when you're looking at that, let's say, let's use account payable as an example where, okay, The invoice is coming in in the share mailbox.

Then it goes to someone reading the emails.

Okay, this is in fact an invoice and so on until you push the data in the ERP and then process to the payment.

Talk to me about that and how you want to address that concern.

Yeah, really simply.

So my firm is a triple bottom line developer.

And what do we mean by that? We weight profit, planet, and people equally.

And I think one of the key challenges that we face as a country and across this globe is greed.

And when people put profit and money motive above all else, that's where I say when capital is not in tune with community, you've got friction, you've got misalignment.

We're seeing that play out in KCK right now over this Chiefs deal, right? And there's a universe where Capital can move into a community.

LAUGHTER Which is quite funny, but there's charity stuff that goes, and it is only six holes, so you can get people that are watching Foxy and Dan on TV and seeing the incredible shit that they're doing, and then you can actually see them up close and personal.
