My question is, what's the biggest misconception people have about Native American peoples that you've found, that you've learned sort of by your travels?

Man, first of all, you'd be surprised and shocked at the percentage of Americans that don't realize that Native Americans are still here.

You know, obviously here in California, I feel like the communities out here, we understand a lot more.

But when you go to middle America, A lot of times I'll get brought out to go dance in Alabama or Kansas or different places like that.

And it'll be the first time they've ever seen a Native American in person.

They're saying funny things like, oh, you're just a normal person like us.

And I'm like, man.

you know, with everything that's going on with immigration, with ice, you know, what have been your thoughts about belonging identity and who gets to be American when you see all these actions happening?
