So it's, it's not a job title, it's a mindset.

A, a broker's someone who creates value by connecting, aligning, uh, and solving without needing to own everything that they create.

So it, uh, well we talk about, I, I, I, you know, hinted at it earlier about the relational capital and the LASSO framework.

So LASSO is leverage, alignment, systemization, optimization.

So leverage is, you know, who you know and what you know.

for me, it was it was really not just praying and crying out to God to show me.

It was what am I going to do to take the steps to show that I am faithful? And that was to start working, start finding solutions, start solving the problems.

And that led me through that three-year course with that group.

We, we don't brown out ambulances.

Uh, we have people that enjoy coming to work, that have long, steady, uh, successful careers for 30 to 35 years, uh, that staff these ambulances.
