So how did you decide to hang up your baseball hat and put on, I guess, your kitchen apron and come over and start your own concept that is unique and different and all your own?

Yeah, so it's kind of a long process.

But in 2020, when COVID happened, the baseball season was canceled.

And I've been a food nerd my whole life.

I've loved to cook ever since I was a kid and my mom teaching me how to cook.

And so COVID happened.

I'm also president of Down Syndrome of Southern Kentucky and we needed to raise funds.
