And we've talked about this before, but what would you say are some of the things that you've learned in the last five or six years or evolution of where you started in terms of thinking about smaller scale housing like this?

That's a great question.

So We just came back yesterday evening from Southwest Virginia, helping arrange a small town to think about housing strategy.

I mean, this is hard, right? You've got mountains and river bends where the towns are.

Land is scarce.

Challenges are hard.

But, you know, I think one thing you and I have talked about and we've kind of talked about it a little bit online – as well is that the the nature of these sort of smaller scale solutions it actually enables literally millions more people to be housing providers or to be many housing developers i wonder if you want to talk a little bit about that
