8:34Um, and, and within that, how do you ensure that learning is a part of problem-solving? And, and I wanna kinda extend that to, what are the impediments to that? As you, as you, as you face different situations, um, and the situational leadership, what are the biggest impediments that you see teams facing from embracing problem-solving as a learning approach?

Again, I, I think there's, there's a lot to do with the culture of the organization and, and what they're open to, um, when you come in with, you know, your methodology.

And I, and I found that people get a little nervous when you, when you start labeling things.

And, and to me, I, I, you know, detached myself from a specific methodology, and that's why I actually use the word methodology-based improvement.

I, I don't, you know, don't, don't care what it is, and that takes a little bit out of, uh, you know, kinda making people nervous that you wanna be a Six Sigma organization or a Lean Six Sigma organization or whatever it may be.
