The question we were talking about before is just open houses.

I think that's a great way of boots on the ground.

You're getting a feel for it.

You're meeting people who are actively interested in buying and selling.

It hones those communication skills.

How do you think people win listings when they're not like the biggest agents in those areas?

Was the goal self-employment? Was the goal? Yeah, it was,

to be honest with you.

Like, when I started and I was younger, I was 17 or whatever I was and I loved it.

I always loved being at Sparks, you know what I'm saying? So then I went through different roles.

I went away to Australia, came back then.

I was working at that centre.
