you know, looking at what you have done for the communities in the last, I guess, decades, it has been very inspiring.

I guess, you know, I'm hoping there was such a community when I was at uni and it'll be easier to help me to navigate, you know, the difficulties to find the right jobs and build the careers, et cetera.
