So, yeah, these new laws that's been introduced by Congress to roll back, you know, IRA and all these other laws that change in sentences for young people, young adults to get more time at the age of 14, sentences as adults.

These things doesn't work.

They're going back to what mass incarceration, which they did back in the 90s, the 80s and the 90s, that didn't curve the crime.

So it's all about rehabilitation, rehabilitating the people, the young people, and giving them a second chance.
