right? Yeah.

I think we can recognize that there's a presumption of guilt that may be prevalent in the system.

But at the same token, we cannot discount the lives of people just because of their ethnicity, right? It's almost like saying, yeah, there's a presumption of guilt.

And I acknowledge that that's how it is.

And it is what it is.

And you got to do, no, we got to think about ways as lawyers, as criminal defense lawyers to combat the presumption of guilt.

How do you deal with that?
