So the, the, the data that you're referring to was put out in the chief appraiser's report, um, in, at this- at the last meeting in August.

And so it showed homes under 100,000 are paying roughly 105%, and homes that valued at a million are paying roughly 71%.

And so that is...

The result of that is that just simply the current market that we've been in, values have remained relatively flat with some increases, but also there's been a number of decreases throughout the county.
