As my wife over here was bringing it to our attention that the dryer wasn't working very well, my intake of it was that it was still running very well, but she works in medical field and home-- in the healthcare prog-- uh, uh, healthcare, and she's very good at noticing when there's a problem or a signal that arises.

Um, and to be honest, I think it's perfectly smart to bring that awareness that I'm not the best at the communication part, but I'm willing to learn and grow and ask the right questions and talk to other people to get their perspective so I can be a better communicator or a leader.
